Infant massage course

Touch is the first language. Before words, the baby communicates through the body — and learns to trust through the hands of those who care for them. The AIMI infant massage course guides parents through this dialogue: recognising the baby's cues, responding with gentleness, building attachment, and supporting wellbeing and sleep.

Who it's for

  • Parents of babies aged 0 to 12 months
  • Mothers and fathers who want to strengthen their bond with their baby through touch
  • Families looking for practical tools for their newborn's daily wellbeing

How it works

The course consists of 5 weekly sessions, each lasting approximately 60 to 90 minutes. In each session, parents learn and practise the techniques directly with their own baby, always respecting the infant's cues and rhythms. Topics related to everyday caregiving are also explored (crying, colic, sleep). The small group (maximum 5 families) ensures personalised attention and a supportive environment for sharing among parents.

Documented benefits

  • Strengthened parent-baby bond (bonding)
  • Reduction of colic and digestive discomfort
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Stimulation of sensory and motor development
  • Reduced stress for both baby and parent
